The Federal Aviation Administration has begun seeking information to support the development of a potential 10-year, $10 billion contract to procure information technology hardware and commercial-off-the-shelf software.
FAA is looking for original equipment manufacturers capable of providing network infrastructure components, personal computing devices, computer peripherals and accessories, audio/visual equipment and software to support the equipment and cloud-based services, according to a notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.
The acquisition initiative has an estimated value between $5 billion and $10 billion.
